Spam Filter Instructions

At Rossini.com we have installed a spam filter to help our customers deal with unwanted email messages. Our spam filter will detect at least 80% of email messages that are considered to be spam. For these messages, our software inserts the string [SPAM] into the subject area of the email.

Our program does not automatically remove the spam message from your email account. We do not want to make the decision to "trash" a message that our customer may find useful. Therefore, the email will be marked with [SPAM], and by establishing a spam rule in most Email Applications the spam can be effectively removed or moved to another folder. If you choose to move the messages to the trash, be sure to at least briefly review the messages before "emptying the trash."

The instructions below should be used to configure email programs so that email messages marked as [SPAM] are either moved to the trash, or other folder, or even deleted, according to your preferences. Click on the email program you use below for instructions specific to the program you use to pull email.
